The City of Charlottesville is hosting two Listening Sessions in August to provide an intentional space for voices in our community who are not traditionally involved in climate conversations. We invite all individuals to attend, as well as representatives from organizations whose work prioritizes marginalized communities, specifically those most impacted by climate change. As part of the City of Charlottesville’s Climate Action Planning process, the goal of these Listening Sessions is to gain input from underrepresented groups on the potential impacts of greenhouse gas (GHG) reducing actions.

Join us for one or both virtual Listening Sessions on Wednesday, Aug 10, 7 pm – 8:30 pm. Hearing input from many people and perspectives is very important to our community. Please register at the link below in advance to receive the zoom link that you can click to attend by computer or phone: https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZIocOGrrj8sE9Ob375OAEsT6XjqwYKj9t7P
