Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Feb. 3

BUILDING GOODNESS FOUNDATION SEEKING
VOLUNTEER CONTRACTORS TO ADOPT HOME PROJECTS

WHAT:  Building Goodness in April—a partnership between Building Goodness Foundation and students of the UVA Darden School of Business—is seeking dedicated volunteers that will adopt home projects ahead of its April 2 build day this spring. Building Goodness in April is an annual build day that provides renovation services to vulnerable neighbors in the greater Charlottesville area. Volunteer project managers and/or contractors are needed to adopt home projects across and just outside of Charlottesville. 

WHO:  Skilled contractors who are interested in volunteering their time to help local homeowners.

WHEN: Saturday, April 2, 2022

WHERE: Various locations are available; see website for more information about specific home projects for which contractors are being sought.
