The Town of Scottsville seeks an experienced, highly qualified general contracting company to renovate office space at a Town-owned building.

Bid requirements: To be considered a complete and responsive bid, the contractor must provide all of the following items.
Pricing detail, including base price and any variable prices or optional addition/deletion.
List of other active projects during the month of July.
References for at least three other completed jobs, with photos of completed work.
Contractor’s license and proof of insurance.
List of subcontractors to be used, if any.
Contact information and signature on a cover sheet.
