County of Culpeper issued the following announcement on Sept. 22
Little Fork Volunteer Fire Department has been chosen as one of eight volunteer fire companies in the U.S. to be included in a documentary on Volunteer Firefighters in America. The filming will take place on October 9th, at the Fall Trail Ride fundraiser being hosted by Three Oaks Farm. Pre-registration for the ride is $40.00 and the day of the ride will be $45.00. All entries for the ride are Tax Deductible! Little Fork is in need of riders willing to be on camera. Location of the trail ride is 7073 Cedar Crossing Way, Rixeyville, VA. Also, the film crew from Vignette who is filming for the documentary is looking for people in the community who would like to give a short interview on camera about Little Fork and the importance of this volunteer fire and rescue department in our community or, community members with a specific rescue story about Little Fork that they would like to share or, riders who will consent to be filmed as they complete the trail.
