Nelson County recently issued the following announcement.
Nelson County courts, departments and offices, will be closed on Monday, October 11, 2021 in observance of the Columbus Day holiday, and will reopen for regular hours of operation on Tuesday, October 12, 2021.
The County’s Transfer Station will be closed on Saturday, October 9, 2021 and Monday, October 11, 2021 in observance of the Columbus Day holiday, and will reopen for regular hours of operation on Tuesday, October 12, 2021.
The County Convenience Centers and all public safety operations will continue to maintain regular hours of operation.
