The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate John Castorani, John Castorani for Virginia, refunded $1,000 to Dwight Scarborough on June 7, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Earmarked contributions to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

John Castorani for Virginia has refunded $1,500 total since Jan. 1.
