"#BlackHistoryMonth is a time to celebrate Black change-makers like Mildred Loving, who was born in Caroline County, Virginia in 1939.
In 1963, Mildred and her husband became the plaintiffs in Loving v. Virginia which ultimately overturned laws banning interracial marriage."
