On Sunday, February 25, former Great Bridge High School standout Lauren VanAssche’s current college team, the Virginia Cavaliers, won 1-0 in their NCAA Division I game against the Iowa State Cyclones.

The game took place in Charlottesville, Virginia. This was their first matchup against the Iowa State Cyclones this season.
