The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Roger Dean R.D. Huffstetler, Friends of Rd, refunded $2,800 to Vinton Cerf on May 31, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Friends of Rd refunded $33,100 total since December 1, 2019.
