The Piedmont Virginia Community College Pottery Club will hold its “Annual Pottery Club Sale,” Saturday, December 4, 2021, from 9 a.m. until noon. The sale will take place in the commons area of the V. Earl Dickinson Building, located at the south end of 501 College Drive on the main campus in Charlottesville. All attendees must wear a face mask while indoors.

This popular event offers for purchase hundreds of handmade mugs, bowls, vases, plates, casseroles, pitchers and works of art created by both student and advanced artisans. Items will be added to the sale throughout the morning and are priced between $5 and $75. Sales are limited to cash or personal check only.

Proceeds from the sale provide funds for the Pottery Club to sponsor workshops by visiting master ceramicists. The club is open to all full- and part-time PVCC students who wish to develop skills in working with clay.
