Enrollment Analysis: Hawaiian students comprised less than 0.1% of Charlottesville County Public Schools District's student body in 2023-24 school year

There was one Hawaiian student enrolled in Charlottesville County Public Schools District in the 2023-24 school year, the same number as the previous year, according to the Virginia Department of Education.

Data showed that Charlottesville County Public Schools District welcomed 4,444 students during the 2023-24 school year. Among them, Hawaiian students comprised less than 0.1% of the student body to be the least represented ethnicity in the school.

Charlottesville County Public Schools District roughly covers schools within Charlottesville City and has a main office in Charlottesville.

Charlottesville High School was the only school in the district which enrolled Hawaiian students, welcoming one student in the 2023-24 school year.

According to Public School Review, Virginia public schools have an average student-to-teacher ratio of 14:1, slightly better than the national average of 15:1. Minority students, primarily Hispanic and Black, make up 54% of the enrollment, while white students constitute 46%.
